1	Your chosen holiday dates will be provisionally booked for a maximum period of twenty-one (21) days. This accounts for a fourteen (14) day period in which payment of a deposit or the full balance (whichever is applicable) is required, and a further seven (7) day period for the payment to clear. Once payment has cleared, the booking will be confirmed in writing.
2	The balance owing is required no later than 30 days prior to your arrival.
3	Payment can be made by Cheque or Bank Transfer (Please request our Bank details)
4	Cancellation of a confirmed booking will forfeit any deposit paid, subject to our discretion.
5	Your accommodation will be available from 2pm CET on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am CET on the day of your departure.
6	If your arrival time is to be later than 10pm CET, please let us know in advance so that we may arrange a pass. This is due to the site entrance being closed at 10pm CET, after which a pass is required in order for a vehicle to enter the site.
7	Riviera Soleil, their employees and associates, shall not be held responsible for any injury, or injuries, to any member of a party during the term of hire. Nor shall Riviera Soleil, their employees and associates, be held responsible for the loss or damage to personal goods or property of any member of a party during the term of hire.
